1. Demand Letter
Addressing to NHR from the employment mentioning number of workers and required categories with salary scale duty hours and other benefits, duty authenticated/ attested by respective authorities ( Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs etc.)
2. Power of Attorney
Proving power/ authority to NHR to result manpower from Nepal and duty authenticated/ attested by respective authorities ( Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs etc. )
3. Employment Contract
Served contract mentioning wages and benefits between employer and the employee
4. Agency Agreement
Commercial contract between the employer and NHR, signed and stamped by both parties
5. Chamber of Commerce
Customs authorities and the issuing chambers can authenticate the CO by entering a unique CO number and the chamber’s accreditation code.
6. Nepal Embassy Attestation
The Embassy may attest documents issued in Nepal or Foreign countries provided they have been attested/legalized – with some exceptions – from the authorities
7. Letter to the Labour Department in Nepal
The Company should address the Labour Department regarding the demand requesting the permission from the Government of Nepal.
